PLASTICS TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCTIO

CHROFF Kunststofftechnik GmbH produces injection moulded parts out of 1 up to 3 components. We use modern, regulated injection moulding machines in the production. The smallest machine has a clamping force of 400 kN (40 t), the largest one 3,200 kN (320 t). We utilize handling systems for the insertion and removal of parts. If necessary, we can integrate assembly work tasks into the injection moulding process, or conducted them downstream. To complete the assemblies, we utilize ultrasonic or mirror welding processes. In our own tool engineering department, we perform the maintenance of the injection moulding tools and conduct tool changes.

We process all thermoplastics that are capable of being processed with a focus on the following:

  • Polyamides (PA)
  • Polycarbonate (PC)
  • Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)
  • Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS)
  • Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)
  • Polyoxymethylene (POM)
  • Polyphenylene oxide (PPO)
  • Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU)
  • Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and others
