Our primary 3D CAD system is CATIA V5: It is utilized to create MockUps for collision checks and mounting examinations in the installation space. Parallel to that, strength and flow calculations are performed to avoid premature failure developments. Towards the end of the construction phase, prototypes manufactured with modern rapid prototyping processes are used to validate the calculations and the required functionality.
